Signing into Zoom
For staff and full-time teachers, select Staff Sign In and use your Staff User ID and password to sign into Zoom.
For part-time teachers, select Teacher Sign In and use your Teacher No. and password to sign into Zoom. If you don't have a computer account, or forgot your account password, please click here to activate your account.
For students, press Student Sign In and use your Student No. and password to sign into Zoom. If you don't have a computer account, or forgot your account password, please click here to activate your account.
If you sign in Zoom through its home page, please follow the below procedure:
1. Go to https://hkuspace.zoom.us/
2. Click "Sign in".
3. Login with your HKU SPACE username and password.
For Staff and Full-time Teachers: User_ID@hkuspace.hku.hk
For Part-time Teachers: Teacher_No@learner.hkuspace.hku.hk
For Students: Student_No@learner.hkuspace.hku.hk
4. Upon successful login, your Zoom account will be automatically created and your profile information will be displayed on the system landing page.
To sign in Zoom client/app, click “Sign in”. (Note: Below is an illustrative example showing Zoom client for Windows and the steps will be similar for Mac client and iOS/Android app.)
1. Once you have installed the Zoom application you will be presented with this window, select Sign In
2. Click “Sign in with SSO”.
3. Type “hkuspace” in the box.
4. Login with Login_ID@hkuspace.hku.hk or Login_ID@learner.hkuspace.hku.hk
5. Login is successful
