A 24x7 online support provided by Zoom is available at Zoom Help Centre.

Contact IT Services Unit via the ITS Support Center (for Staff) or IT Help (for Students and Part-time Teachers), our office hours are 9:00-17:50, Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays).
